About Us

Our Core Values

We believe that every person has value, and we respect both resources and people’s feelings.

We take deliberate decisions to avoid wastage of time and resources, both human and financial.

We work to promote and protect the intrinsic worth of every person, ensuring human rights are respected, protected, and fulfilled.

We enable communities to take control of their lives and shape their own future.

We act with integrity, ensuring openness and responsibility in all we do—both to donors and beneficiaries.

We guarantee that no one is left behind, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or socio-economic background.

We remain focused on outcomes and measurable impact, not just processes.

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast

Our Mission

To sustain and strengthen communities by delivering inclusive development services — from clean water and sanitation to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities — guided by dignity, faith, and local leadership.

What We Do

  • Health initiatives: Nets-for-Life anti-malaria distribution and community health outreach.
  • Education: academic and vocational training, counselling, and school support.
  • Water, sanitation & hygiene (WASH) projects for remote communities.
  • Economic empowerment: agricultural support, palm farms, crop cultivation and Savings with Education (SwE) groups for women.
  • Gender justice: ending violence against women and girls through programming like THRIVE.

Programs in Detail

Our programming mixes practical support with community-led transformation — so people gain skills, assets, and protection.

Savings with Education (SwE) Groups

Women-led savings groups that integrate financial literacy, gender-based violence education, agriculture and income-generation activities — boosting household income and lowering risk for women and girls.

Positive Masculinity & Intergenerational Support

Men and boys are engaged as allies — mentored to adopt positive behaviours and support an end to violence against women and girls at the community level.

Community Agriculture & Food Security

We partner with local churches and farmer groups to maintain palm farms and cultivate rice, cassava, plantain, oranges and other crops — strengthening local markets and food resilience.
